1.8T AWP 2003 VW problem

Hello everyone....I just want to know what is my problem....I got a GTI 1.8T 2003 chip Upsolute...N75J..DV 007...when I accelerate sometime my ASR system unload and I should restars my car if I want to use my ASR system!!

Help me please!!

Second problem...When I accelerate sometimes my boosts pressure drop to 10 psi...if I release gaz and put gaz again the boost pressure go up?? This is a chip problem??

I am not understanding your problem with the ASR or ESR system. Usually I push the button to turn it off which means the light is on in your dash.

When are you shifting RPM wise are you shifting closer to redline? The boost will reduce itself in this range to protect the engine All Chip tuning companies do this in their programming.

Yess during the acceleration sometimes my ASR system turn off but is not me who turn off the system...if I want to use the system I should restars my car!!!

For the second problem....is not when I'm closer of the red line...is during the acceleration....PSI drop to 10 PSI and up to 17 PSi!! I don't Know why!!

Are you experiencing any surging in higher gears and rpms?
If so you may have an older version of the software and need to see if there is an update. If I remember correctly there were several revisions for the first AWP motors.

I would get rid of the N75J and install a stock one. The latest file for this model already has a pretty strong boost profile.
