how to determine golf model

Ok, I'm very naive here - I have a 2002 Golf TDI (in California) that I'm thinking of "chipping" for all of the usual benefits.

How do I figure out whether I have a Golf 3, 4, or 5?

if your Golf is a year 2002, than it should be the Golf 4. You can also compare it with the pics in our database.
