Need Help with a 3.2L swap!!!!

Hi guys, I'm trying to get some answers on a swap I did recently and I'm stumped. I have an 04 3.2L TT engine in my 92 MK2 GTI. No DSG, NO ABS, No ESP, the car is in limp due to a stubborn VSS code that keeps coming back. My TT cluster works fine the speedo and all the MFA is functional so why is the VSS code coming up? Here's the list of what's happening. Does anyone know the soft coding sequence in order to delete or turn off some of these codes? the airbag and steering angle I'm not worried about. I think I'll have to live with those being there forever, but the TCU and VSS are the big hurdles. I hope some of you guys might have an answer or some advice. Thanks.
