Chip tuning at 115,00 KM

Summer has arrived, I am seriously considering the jump to chip tuning. Given that I am at 115,000KMs should I change the the timing belt sooner as a precaution?
2004 Golf TDI, 110HP (all stock engine).

HEllo,

I am not sure, which kind of timing belt you have. Most of them needs to be changed after 90000 km's some at 120.000km. For sure, you can go for a chiptuning with 115.000 kms, that's no problem at all. You can change your belt of course earlier as a precaution, but this should be not related to the chiptuning..
