Dawes Device + 5% Mix BioDiesel

Hi, I am going to be trying out a Dawes Device - http://www.3barracing.com/product_8.htm will this cause me any problems with my Upsolute Chip on my 01 Leon TDI 110 (ASV)

Secondly my fuel supplier has started selling Diesel with a 5% mix of biodiesel could this cause me any problems with my Chip. I do currently use an octane booster with my fuel.

Why the dawes device? It just limits the vane travel on the turbo? 5% bio is an excellent mixture which should not cause pump problems and afford the maximum benefit of the lubricity of the bio diesel.
