What effect does the Upsolute chip have on the VW 90 hp TDI emissions (Schadstoffe)? Will an Upsoluted TDI still meet U.S.A. EPA Tier 1 standards? Has an Upsoluted TDI been certified to meet Euro-3 standards?

Normally the chip does not affect the emissions verry strong. I can only talk for Europe, we have pretty strong emission standards here in Austria, and we never had a problem with a car not getting the 'pickerl' which is a check of the car, every year (emissions, and if working everything fine).
